Thank you for shopping with Food Grade. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders locally and internationally.

1. Processing Time

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Digital products: Delivered instantly after payment or within a few hours if customization is required.

  • Customized label packs: Processing time is 2–4 business days depending on revision and final approval.

  • Physical products (printed labels, booklets, signs, card decks, etc.): Processing time is 3–7 business days depending on volume and printing requirements.

  • Inspection or service bookings: Confirmed individually by email or WhatsApp.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Local Shipping (Lebanon)

We ship across Lebanon using trusted local couriers.

  • Delivery time: 1–4 business days (depending on location)

  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout or provided by courier

  • Payment options:

Please ensure your address and phone number are entered correctly for smooth delivery.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping for digital and physical products.

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and courier availability)

  • Shipping fee: Calculated based on weight, package size, and destination

  • Couriers used: DHL, Aramex, or other international partners

Customs, import duties, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility.

Digital products are not affected by shipping delays or customs restrictions.

4. Digital Delivery

For digital products (templates, editable files, downloadable packs):

  • Files are delivered instantly after payment

  • Customized versions are sent via email, WhatsApp, or a secure download link

  • No shipping fees apply

If you do not receive your files within a few hours, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer not available to receive the package

  • Courier unable to contact the customer

A re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Order Tracking

Once your physical order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available) so you can monitor your package.

Digital products do not include tracking numbers.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or in poor condition:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package

  2. Provide photos or videos of the issue

  3. We will assist with replacement, correction, or investigation
