Refunds & Returns Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Customized Products

Customized items (custom label packs, branded designs, personalized booklets) cannot be refunded once the design process has started.

Refunds are only granted if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
    (Proof required within 48 hours of delivery)

Physical Products

Refunds or replacements are possible only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • Printing defects are present
  • The item you received does not match your order

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
